  • If you wish to cancel a service booked through RestroReach, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • For subscriptions, cancellations can be requested at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

    • There was a technical or operational failure on our part.

    • Payment was made erroneously due to system issues.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any promotional or discounted services are non-refundable.
